NOWMORE is a Brussels-based consultancy founded in 2019, specialising in the design and implementation of stakeholder engagement initiatives, the production of digital content and livestreamed events, as well as online & offline moderation services. NOWMORE operates in the field of European Affairs, with ongoing projects in areas such as the circular economy, urban mobility and the agri-food chain.
To support our growth in the delivery of digital services and online community engagement, we are looking for a dynamic Digital Engagement Officer, to join us ideally no later than September 2021.
As Digital Engagement Officer, you will be in charge of:
- Designing and implementing communications & online engagement strategies to support our stakeholder engagement practice across all portfolios;
- Coordinating external service providers to manage the production of livestreamed events and digital content;
- Developing NOWMORE’s corporate branding and communications.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Design effective communication action plans;
- Ensure websites and collaborative working spaces are up-to-date, attractive and engaging, supported by a solid and secure technical foundation;
- Manage several social media accounts, including paid promotion, with a view to grow an online community;
- Coordinate the input of external service providers as well as all digital content logistics;
- And last but not least, bring creative ideas into the business to help it grow and flourish!
Profile:
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, in the field of European affairs, association management, communications, event management or digital campaigning;
- Impeccable and proven drafting skills in English, additional languages will be an asset;
- Demonstrable project management skills, with a desire to acquire knowledge on key subject matters while striving to improve technical processes or logistics;
- Experience of managing external contractors and/or coordinating a Working Group;
- Self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of self-organisation and ability to work autonomously;
- Prior experience in a membership-based organisations is a plus;
- Working knowledge of communications tools would be a plus (e.g. Teams, WordPress, Photoshop, different webinar platforms…).
We offer:
The successful applicant will be offered a full-time position with a Belgian contract. The selected candidate will need to be based in Brussels.
